By accessing this website and using the software products and related services provided by VDub Software, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
VDub Software, LLC provides software products and services including but not limited to licensed software, custom software development, integrations, and ongoing support. Specific deliverables and timelines will be established in a separate proposal or contract signed by the client.
Payments for software licenses and services are due as agreed in the service contract. VDub Software, LLC reserves the right to suspend access to products or services if payments are not made on time. Refunds are not typically provided for work already completed due to the nature of software development and professional services.
The client retains ownership of all data and content provided to VDub Software, LLC. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, VDub Software, LLC retains ownership of its underlying tools, frameworks, and reusable components. Upon full payment, the client obtains the rights outlined in the applicable agreement to use the software and deliverables produced specifically for them.
In no event shall VDub Software, LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the software or services, even if VDub Software, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VDub Software, LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
